Class Descriptions

  • TNT (tots in training)

    • TNT is for ages 18 months - 3 years old, with parents accompanying their kids. These classes take place in our preschool area and introduce super beginner gymnastics and tumbling skills.

  • TOT

    • Our Tots classes are for ages 3-4. Classes take place in our preschool area without parents in the class, to let your little gymnasts grow their skills with one of our coaches.

  • Kindergym

    • Kindergym is for kids ages 4-5. The class takes place in our preschool area and is the last preschool class before entering into girls or boys rec classes.

  • Bronze, Girls

    • Bronze is the first level of our girls gymnastics program. Gymnasts will learn the basic skills on all four girls gymnastics events.

  • Silver, Girls

    • Silver is our second level of recreational girls gymnastics classes. These classes will focus on perfecting any Bronze level skills and work towards learning intermediate skills on all four events.

  • Gold, Girls

    • Gold classes are recommended for gymnasts with intermediate skills and experience. These classes will start to work more difficult skills on all four events.

  • Platinum, Girls

    • Platinum is our most advanced girls recreational gymnastics class. Gymnasts must be recommended to move up to this level, or attend a trial class to see if they have the necessary skills.

  • Boys Gymnastics

    • Boys classes are for learning the basics on all six boys gymnastics events. Performing well in these classes can lead to joining our boys pre-team and eventually competitive boys team.

  •  Intro to Tumbling

    • This class focuses on teaching basic tumbling skills and flexibility to beginners. This is the recommended class for anyone new to tumbling or returning after a long break.

  • Level 1/2 Tumbling

    • 1/2 tumbling is geared towards tumblers with moderate experience. This class will work towards flipping skills, and perfecting introduction level skills. A good running round off and handstand are necessary in order to enroll in this class.

  • Semi Private

    • Semi private classes are for advanced tumblers. Very good running round-offs and some experience with flipping skills is strongly recommended. Classes have a maximum of four students to allow for more one on one coaching.
